SECURING THE PROPERTY
A property sitting vacant and abandoned must be protected so its value can be preserved. We take every possible action to secure the property from further damage so the property owner can minimize the risk of loss. How Apex can help:
•Eviction lockouts in compliance with local laws, with local authorities present
•Documentation of the property, with photos of all debris and personal property handled by Apex
•Re-keying of all doors
•Securing of all garage doors and exterior gates
•Disabling of all other exterior locks post-foreclosure
•Installing padlocks as needed
•Securing openings within 24 hours after requested
